To ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone, please review our policies below:

No BYOB:

• We do not allow customers to bring their own beverages.

No Omakase or Catering Orders:

• We do not offer omakase or catering services at this time.

Reservations:

• We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted.

Waitlist:

• Customers may add their names to the waitlist in person. You will receive a text message when your table is ready. We will hold your table for 15 minutes.

Please note that the estimated wait time may be longer or shorter than expected.

No Menu Substitutions:

• We kindly ask that customers do not request substitutions to menu items.

Take-Out Orders:

• Take-out orders are only accepted through online orders on our website or the Toast app.
• We do not accept phone orders unless there is a technical issue.
• All take-out orders must be consumed outside of the restaurant.

No Refunds/Returns:

• We do not offer refunds or returns on food or drinks based on personal taste preferences.

No Speakerphone/Media:

• Please refrain from using speakerphone or watching media at your table to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.

Gratuity:

• An automatic gratuity will be added for all dine-in customers.
